Caerleon sits at the center of the Royal Continent. Unlike the five outer Royal Cities, it has no Realmgate to the Outlands and travel to it crosses lethal red zones.

Caerleon has a local marketplace and bank, crafting services, island access, faction enlistment, and the Black Market. Its market is separate from every other city market.

Open-world routes into Caerleon pass through red zones. Plan cargo runs as lethal journeys and check every cluster before entering.
